Filming this year compared to last year,

Last year when we were filming we didn't plan what exact shots we would need and just ended up with a bunch of shots with off lighting or ones that needed to be seriously cropped. Some even had angles that just made no sense... A lack of preparation lead to a lack of result for my group last year, so this year I pushed us to plan EXACTLY which shots we were doing and what set of angles we were using and which bit of the song was being sung when we were filming, although I sometimes felt I might be putting a lot of pressure on my group and being a bit over organised/ stressed about the whole film it worked and we ended up having some very efficient times out filming...

This, although looking like a mess was my drawn up plan for the final day of filming, to me it made perfect sense and meant we had a reminder of exactly what shots we needed!
Whenever we went out to film we would get multiple shots for every one shot we needed, so we had different angles, different POV and a wide variety of locations, we were constantly on the look out for something new and exciting to shoot to have the option of using it, such as when Aykut and I had to film on our own and took the pan on my balcony, it didn't fit the song when it was a plain pan but now once we got editing it looks awesome, with lots of jump cuts (yay) and iconic city buildings (although we have a folk and hippy twist we are a London based, and London loving band of course!) :) !
